This product is formulated by thickening a deeply refined mineral base oil with lithium 12-hydroxystearate soap, and incorporates additives such as antioxidants, extreme-pressure agents, and rust inhibitors, all produced through a special manufacturing process.
Performance characteristics
● The base oil has moderate viscosity and excellent performance, making it suitable for lubricating heavy-duty components in industries such as metallurgy and machinery.
● The soap fiber structure of the thickener is well-organized and evenly distributed, enabling it to maintain excellent grease structural characteristics even under shear forces.
● It has certain anti-rust properties and can prevent rusting during bearing operation.
Scope of application
● Lubrication of bearings and gears in medium- and heavy-duty mechanical equipment; No. 3 is used for bearings in high-load machinery such as rolling mills and forging machines.
● Operating temperature: -20℃ to 120℃
